No. Joining the Talent Pool is free for candidates. Any investment requirement depends on the franchise brand you pursue.
Will my profile be public?
No. Candidate profiles are private and only shared with franchisors we introduce you to or who have approved access.
How long does vetting take?
Initial screening is usually completed within 3–7 business days. Full vetting timelines depend on reference checks and document submission.
